Finally Let Go..

I wanted to show you all my flowers...I have such a brown thumb so I am impressed with my luck so far. I am hoping the flowers will continue to fill out and drape down the sides of the pot. On Saturday Grandma was outside cleaning the pool when she ran inside to get Taylor and Ben, guess who was in the skimmer???? A Turtle. He was so cute, of coarse we let him go but, it was fun to pass him around.
Everbuilt has been super busy, so I have been working a ton even helping Dave out on the job sites. It is nice to be busy because we had a really hard summer, so things are starting to pick up. Also, with school starting so does Girl Scouts, I forgot how time consuming it is. As a Leader I am constantly planning meeting and collecting dues. This past Tuesday night was my first Service Unit Meeting. Dave was home with the kids for me, and all he had to do was get the kids ready and to bed for me. So, they next morning I had to have Dave take Taylor to school because Ben was sleeping away. At 8:45 he finally got up, I asked him if was feeling okay and he said "I was tired because Daddy kept me up yate (late)". So I called Dave and asked him if the kids were up late and he couldn't believe Ben sold him out. I tried to tell him they will always throw you under the bus.
We had a nice mellow weekend, we have been playing in the pool all weekend and last night have some friends over to swim and BBQ. Can you believe we are still swimming in the middle of September, I mean this is the life!!
On another note, Dave is not going to Orlando anymore. That is nice for me and the kids, but he has once again been let down by someone he loves. And that is all I can say about that. I have FINALLY let go of poison that would seep into my life. Thank you to the power of Zen.

I am sorry to hear about Orlando. That stinks! I am glad your flowers are growing. Isn't that the best feeling? I am also happy to hear you are back into the routine of being ultra-super mom. Girl Scouts, PTA ... you make the rest of us look bad!
