I LOVE Halloween!!! Usually I dress up but this year in snuck up on me and I wasn't ready so I didn't get too but, we did get the kids all decked out and of coarse Dave was scary as always. This evening when Ben saw Dave walk down the stairs after he was dressed up Ben did his hand like Spiderman casting his web to make Dave stop scarying him.

We spent the morning at Taylor's school which every year has the band from Fleming Island High School play while the children walk in a parade. I love the parade at Taylor's school, I love to see the costumes and all of the Teachers dress up, I think it is so fun. Today school got out at 11:00 so we went to McDonalds for lunch and then Ben was miserable in his makeup and spray dyed hair so he wanted to come straight home and take a bath. Later when Dave got home we went to the neighborhood right above us to Trick'r'treat. That is the BEST neighborhood, they always give out handfulls of candy and have ordered Girl Scout cookies too, we love Fairway Oaks. I do miss the days of handing out candy, we live down a private driveway and it is far from the main road so we never have anybody bother us which is nice mostly but on Halloween it is too much trouble to make the trek down the driveway. I dream of making a Haunted Archway at the beginning of our driveway and then a Haunted House all the way to the end of our property with a Graveyard and Webs and Bats, which we don't need fake Bats when we have real Bats flying around and diving into our pool, but I am much to lazy to make it happen. Anyway, we had a wonderful day now I will brace myself for the Holiday-Birthday rush!!
