I love talking to Dave, he is such a good listener. Everyone loves talking to Dave sometimes I am shocked at what people will tell him. Some of the stories Homeowners tell him are incredible. I think it is because he has a very trustworthy face. I know I trust him. He has never lied to me. That sounds hard to believe but it is true, he physically can not lie.
If you think about it that is a good trait to have.
