12 years ago today I married my soul mate. I feel so fortunate to have met and fallen in love with the one that was meant to be. Everyday I ask myself how I could be so lucky to have Dave in my life. Being with Dave has been better then I could have ever imagined. Dave has honestly held me through good times and bad, listens with his heart, and gives me everything I need.
I love him every second of every day.
This year we went out on a low key date. I did dress up a little (sundress that was free of children's marker stains). I had been dying to see a movie that wasn't a cartoon or of children topic so that is just what we did. We saw....
As a warning I will say it is not for everyone. It is incredibly irreverent but oh so hysterical. I can honestly say I laughed from the first scene through the credits, and for the rest of the next day just thinking about it. Dave spoiled me with lots and lots of junk food and boy was it wonderful to sit and fill up on crap and laugh my butt off. After the movie we went to our favorite Sushi place and talked the rest of the night. It was a low key Anniversary but one I will always remember.
