Pixie and Blood Markers......

My hair is falling out. Mostly in the shower, but I have noticed that if I stand in place too long when I walk away it looks like I have a family of mice at my feet because of all of the hair balls. The other night I couldn't sleep because ever time I inhaled I swallowed hair. Plus, my head hurts, like when you wear a pony tail all day and when you take your hair out your head hurts. So, today after working at the school in pain and having to constantly sweep up behind me, I made a surprise visit to my wonderful Hair Gay and told him to get it the hell off.

What do you think?
I have never ever had short hair, so it is super different, but I like it. Plus it is so nice not to have my head in constant pain and it is super easy to manage.

Also, more exciting news. At my doctors appointment each week I have my blood drawn, this is standard practice to keep up on my white blood count and test many other things. Well, this week my doctor said and I quote.. "your blood is beautiful" , I already knew this, I mean when you are perfect on the outside, you are perfect on the inside (if we ignore the whole tumor thing). Anyway, he went on to explain that there are no markers in my blood. Markers are signs of Cancer and while you are undergoing treatment for cancer your blood is constantly tested to see if the markers are up or down. So, after 1 treatment of Chemo I have no cancer markers in my blood! Yea! I figure I can only more good news from here on out!
