Some friends of ours invited us out on their boat, so last Saturday we spent the day down at Kingsley lake, which is inside Camp Blanding (an army base) where movies like GI Jane and Basic were filmed. Anyway, we had an absolute ball. The water was crystal clear and refreshing in the humid weather we have been having. Dave and I took turns wake boarding and I have to brag that I got up on the first try (which for me is impressive). Well, the boat was so big and the wake was huge and it took all my energy to keep myself in line inside the wake, well when I went outside of the wake I got scard and lost control and slammed down so hard on the water I got the wind knocked out of me, so needless to say I was done for the day..We did have a wonderful time though.
