What do you do during a hurricane????

Playing in the puddels

Sleeping in the playroom

Thought it would be interesting to see what we were doing during our little in home "vacation". The kids were surprisingly creative in their play time, from making forts under the dining room table to crafts, and Daddy made a fun tow rope and pulled the kids around the puddles in our yard. We have done all the clean up. We lost only one tree but lots of branches did fall. Our pool was a huge mess, to gunk was so thick that Grandma had to get in the nasty pool and with her hands remove all the globs of leaves and dirt. We turned our pool off during the storms so the filters wouldn't clog up, so it was pretty gross. Really we faired quite well.
