Today is report cards. Do you remember when you got a Report Card in school? I do. It was horrifying. Anyway, Taylor got her Report Card today. Taylor does so good in school, I know it is easy for her and sometimes wish that she would apply herself more because I know that she would be in the gifted program but, she is not interested in being in the gifted program, so she won't be. On last quarters report card she got all A's and one B in Math. I wasn't upset, I just told her to watch the Math because I didn't want the grade going any lower. She asked if she was still on the Honor Roll with that B, I told her instead of A Honor Roll she was on A B Honor Roll and that that was still excellent. Well, on her Report Card today her Math grade was raised from 86 (the B) to 94 (an A). I was so proud of her explaining that it was quite a jump in grades and she should be so proud of herself, to which she answered "All I cared about was getting back on the A Honor Roll".
Well, it is nice to know she has a currancy, right?
