Christmas 2010.......

Having the kids out of school has been super fun. Although we haven't had any grandiose plans we have had plenty of quite game nights and afternoon play dates since school has been out. Christmas Eve the kids received a super cool e-mail from Santa. It was a video message personalized for each of them. Ben was great, every time Santa asked a question he would answer. I couldn't get a link of the video so I recorded a little of it so you could get the gist.

This was seriously the neatest thing and Ben talked about it all day. Later in the day as I was picking up around the house Taylor asked where the caboose of our gingerbread train was. The caboose was completely gone from the board to which we affixed it. As I wondered around the house perplexed I also noticed that a bowl of chocolate M & M's I put out for later company was also empty. The only culprit I could think of was Stella. Christmas Eve we always watch Polar Express and order pizza, this Christmas eve was no different.



After the kids were nestled all snug in their beds Dave and I noticed Stella was acting very strange. After a quick Google search of crazy dog behaviors it became apparent that Stella had given herself Chocolate poisoning. So Dave and I spent the rest of the night watching after Stella, her poor tummy was so upset and she would just whine and whine in pain. We gave her some Tums hoping it would help and luckily it did, so we were able to get some sleep before the kids were up at 5.



What did you get for Christmas? I woke up to a surprise from Santa....Eyelashes!



My hair is starting to grow back! Both my Eyelashes and Eyebrows and I even have a little peach fuzz on the head!! I actually can't wait to see how it is going to come back in. What if it is red...
